Paul has been practising law since 2003, advising clients on most aspects required of a general practice law firm.

He specialises in the areas of property law, family trusts and estate administration as well as a number of other areas of law including wills, enduring powers of attorney, relationship property, commercial and some family law.

Paul’s main aim is to provide his clients with efficient, practical and cost-effective advice in order for them to reach satisfactory outcomes for their legal matters.

When not lawyering Paul is an avid football fan and in his spare time he coaches junior, youth, and senior football teams as well as exercising, travelling and living a healthy lifestyle.

Chris joined Whitmarsh Law in 2018 after working as a legal executive in a specialist Māori law firm.

Chris grew up in Cambridge, and after a gap year in Australia began studying Law and Economics at the University of Waikato.

Chris enjoys being outdoors, and spends much of his free time exploring all of the beauty that the Wellington region has to offer.

He is also an avid Formula 1 fan, being a huge supporter of Lewis Hamilton as well as the McLaren team.

Jordan joined Whitmarsh Law in early 2019 and has been practising in the areas of property law and beyond.

He finds that the most rewarding aspect of his job is helping clients through the often difficult and confusing process of buying or selling property.

Jordan uses plain language to explain complex legal issues and offers honest, timely and frank advice on your legal issues.

He is dedicated to understanding what his clients want to achieve, giving the best advice for the situation at hand, and making practical decisions based on your interests.

When not at work you may find Jordan falling off his bike on one of Wellington’s many mountain biking tracks, spending time with other members of his church, or drinking coffee in one of wellington’s many fine cafes.

Grace started work at Whitmarsh Law in 2017 as Receptionist keen to learn and help assist the team, and has worked her way up to Practice Manager.

Working at Whitmarsh Law, Grace has taken an interest in legal work and is studying to qualify as a legal executive.

In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends and family and playing football on the weekends.

Ally Lindsay

Ally joined Whitmarsh Law in February 2019 after completing her secondary schooling years at Taita College.

Ally will be the first person you talk to when calling or visiting the office and is keen to learn and assist the team.

In her spare time Ally enjoys dancing and spending time with her friends and family.

Angela assists with Whitmarsh Law’s Office Management and Accounts.

A mother of three beautiful school aged children, Angela works part-time in the office to fit around their needs.

Angela enjoys working in the firm to help our clients and their families.

Outside of the office Angela is the Chairperson of a local school Board of Trustees which keeps her busy throughout the year.

She enjoys travelling, exercising, and living a healthy lifestyle.
