We remove the corn to make room for the quickcooking halibut, which finishes at the same time as the potatoes and sausage. Combine ingredients in small bowl.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, until sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, bring 4 quarts water to boil in large pot. Add pasta and 1 tablespoon salt and cook, stirring often, until al dente. Reserve ½ cup cooking water, then drain pasta and return it to pot. Add sauce and oil and toss to combine.
